Of course they act dumb and try denying everything, with the excuse of this lady’s first day at work. She refuses to give her stolen shoes back, because she won’t have shoes to work. Such an inconvenience no one should ever have to go through.
So many shoplifters have been caught on camera where they often get away with it. Supposedly laws in the United States make it easy for them to do it, as security are often told not to intervene and they know insurance end up covering it.
